    Because NM has no annual reports or fees NM > WY unless you live in WY. 99.9% you get sued where you live or do business, and the judge will apply the law of the venue, making WY law on charging orders moot.

    • @businessanywhere
      @businessanywhere  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is not necessarily accurate. Firstly, if you have a contract between your WY LLC and the other party and you choose WY as your legal venue, then you are subject to WY law.
      Second, unless your business has Nexus in a different state, you can force the jurisdiction into WY since the WY LLC is the defendant (or claimant).
      Third, many people are remote nowadays and therefore "suing where you live" is not an easy solution therefore your entity would be the default legal justification.
      There are many other examples of why your 99% statement is factually inaccurate.

      @@businessanywhere If you’re talking about outside liability, and I am, business nexus is irrelevant and contract choice of venue inapplicable. Consider the common auto accident, for example. Both the parties to the suit and the property to be eventually seized (your personal property aka the LLC) lie in the judge’s jurisdiction, which isn’t Wyoming. Why would the judge apply Wyoming law to that seizure? They obviously wouldn’t, rendering Wyoming’s cherished charging order law moot.

    so if i make a NM holding LLC and then make a WY operating LLC thats owned by the holding LLC, i can have BOTH the anonymity of NM LLCs + the asset protection of WY LLCs?

    You didn't talk about cost and taxes. For a non US national selling on Amazon, the most important thing is yearly cost and taxes on the LLC.

      There is no way to discuss this in a video since everyone has a different situation. For individual assistance I'd recommend contacting globalwealthprotection.com. they can stay with your complex tax structure questions.

      Yep, no annual fees in NM.

    Does the anonymity cause business bank & payment processor accounts to be closed, or not approved at all?

    • @businessanywhere
      @businessanywhere  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No, this is not an issue. You will provide an operating agreement to the bank and payment processors showing them your authority to act on behalf of your LLC.
      This is very common.

    Great info!! I'm investing in vacant land in New Mexico, is it best to form A Wyoming LLC and registering as a Foreign LLC in New Mexico?

    • @businessanywhere
      @businessanywhere  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good question. Actually in this case you don't need to register a WY LLC to do business in New Mexico. The LLC will just own land, no operating activity.
      I'd register a WY LLC. We can help you get that done at the link below.

    So if I use your service you will register my LLC with "anonymity" in mind? What is the difference between this or say bizee/inc file? Thanks

    • @businessanywhere
      @businessanywhere  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We always register as private by default, except in the few states where that is not possible.
      I will not comment directly about specific competitors, but almost none of our competitors register with privacy in mind.

      keep in mind, if you are hiring employees you will need to register your LLC to do business in the state where your employees are located.

      @@businessanywhere what?? why do i have to register an llc in the state my employees are in?? uf i have one in Wyoming, & i wished to hire someone from Alaska, now i need to own 2 LLCs?? am assuming the Alaska llc is just a holding llc (if i had to make one)

    Hi, Great video here. Then, if I like Buy and Sell Tax Deed in Many States the Better for me how the Foreigner Resident is the NM LLC because I have the razonable protect and total anonimity for my Business if I make the Buy and Sell in less the One year and have the minus cost if the register will in the Wyoming ok? I think the WY is better for long run and for Rental in long time.

    • @businessanywhere
      @businessanywhere  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I agree a Wyoming LLC is a better option because of its asset protection benefits.
