Based on no annual fees New Mexico is a great option. Will the LLC be taxed if it holds money in the US bank or if it does some expenses in the US

I think a Dubai company is a great option for him, and he can continue using an IBAN number for his clients as they also use ibans there.

I am wondering if I need asset protection offered by Wyoming if I am a non-resident US alien who has never lived and will never live in the US. I am from India and may travel to the US for a vacation for a few weeks. Is New Mexico just as good as Wyoming or is WY better?
