We put salmon in our air fryer with some pure maple syrup and soy sauce and it’s amazing. I know they say farmed raised isn’t the best but there are certain countries where it’s not as bad.. to me wild caught is too fishy. But enjoy!!

Omg … and I eat salmon almost every week … is so good and the omega 3 very important … I just put salt , a bit of garlic and I use lemon when it’s cooked … grilled is everything with some rice or baked potatoes with vegetables
And sorry my ignorance but why you said “rotisserie chicken is not the best for you?”
I bought one of those ice makers at Walmart one day I was there awhile back and it was OK or so I thought, yet anymore these days you have to be careful what you buy. I didn't know it until later, there is a warning sticker on the ice maker that says, warning this product can expose you to chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm or something close to that. I once seen that warning on some fiber capsules and never took them, I wasted my money on that purchase too, yet you would believe these companies would stop using lead, asbestos or other bad stuff since it is illegal and they still do it, that is one of the biggest reasons people have health problems today and not eating a balanced diet, I know I eat too much junk food and drink way too much soda, I am addicted to sugar. I love that sweet taste too much! I love shop with me hauls! HAVE A TRULY BLESSED DAY AND NIGHT!
Wild caught salmon is great cooked but for sushi purposes you really should use farm raised because there no chance of worms which are normal in fish even though it sounds icky. Again trust your source and that really matters too most fish in a supermarket that’s wild caught is obviously worm free but you never know 🤷♀️

Rachel I bought the chocolate bananna milk cartons for my grandkids and they loved it! Only thing is it is better to give as a snack because if given at meals they become too full and don't want their food. Thanks for the great video!
