What a beautiful story that might not have started with love but rather respect that is so important to build the foundation of a marriage. I'm impressed 💯
The quality of the pictures, the editing (dialogue, pictures, music, etc), the direction for each dialogue, the choice of locations, the interior design for the home, office and even restaurant, the cinematography, everything in this movie was simply amazing.
The writer of this script, Mfon-Abasi Michael Inyang, did a phenomenal job with this one. There was no stone left unturned. Even the nuisance were absolutely needed to bring the story to life. Great job.
When a man loves a woman, he will do everything in his power to make her happy.
Favorite scene: At the restaurant, when Obinna and Kelechi had an opportunity to discover how their arranged situation came about.
Lesson: Kelechi's display of emotional intelligence and wisdom needs to be studied.

This movie is full of lessons:
1. The first thing that made Eddie get endeared to his wife was her character and the level of understanding and maturity she displayed.
2. Everything is not fight; Ekama understood it pretty much.
3. There are so many ways to demand a thing.
4. Patience is a virtue.
5. Time is a great changer and revealer.
6. Eddie, being a drunkard, still had guiding principles. If he had laid with La-la that night, it wouldn't have been so much a problem for Ekama. He didn't! He respected and honoured the sanctity of his matrimonial home. Did you notice he kept saying 'my wife' to La-la?

Beautiful movie. No shouting and fighting. Well done to the producer and cast. My favorite parts of the movie are. When he said he's not going to sleep with her and his wife is in the next room. Though he dies not love her, he respects her. And when she put the so called girlfriend in her place. Often times people's assumptions of us is misplaced. Loved the ending

I love the fact that Eddie didn’t disrespect his wife despite the fact that it was a marriage of convenience. He didn’t love her but he knew sleeping with his ex was disrespectful to his wife, I feel that’s top tier. Ekama’s poise is second to none, she had a Masters degree and she was still submissive. This is my second time watching this movie. The script was beautifully written, and the character's lines demonstrated what true love is between a man and a woman.
I loved how Ekama spoke to Layla pardon me if I didn't get the name correct. Imagine you come to stay well I am sure you know your way around. "Delightful". Truly "The Price Of Love". Well done.

This was the best plot I have seen in a long time. I absolutely loved it. The writer for Price of Love is like a mad scientist to think of Obinna not knowing he hired his wife & she had this stature he never knew about. Eddie (Obinna) had me rolling the way he looked at Ekama (Kelechi) when she was on her way to the gym 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Oh course Mom knew what a good guy her son was and I also wish he didn't drink so much but I really loved how he showed love with gifts. It wasn't just the typical gift giving bc this was how he truly showed love before he was finally able to verbally express & actually realized he had fallen in love with his wife. The more smitten Obinna became the better he was to Kelechi.. The way he looked at Kelechi was 🔥but the biggest gift was his decision to stop drinking. What a good guy. I'm glad they learned one another's stories. Ekama was made for this role & Eddie always delivers like the man women dream of.

Goodness... can't believe that I've watched this over and over again. Attracted to the grace and humility that is upon the character of Kaleche. Great lessons to deal with those who look down upon others, for in due time God lifts them. My dilemma though as a Kenyan, in this day and age, does the story line still happen.
