As an African American who loves and respects my South African brothers and sisters my heart goes out to them who have to constantly put up competing with illegal workers and owners in their own land, taking advantage of their hospitality and resources. I hope to travel there next year when I retire. Stay strong and keep up the fight.

@@tyali84 Sister Charlotte I understand totally because we as African Americans have to put up daily with unfairly competing with open border immigrants from all over the world for not only skilled jobs but the lowest of the unskilled jobs plus housing and social services. ( unfortunately unlike you all in SA we are with our own land here) This is being purposely done by white American politicians, lobbyists and business leaders for the business of genocide out of hate and fear of the African American nation as well as a desire for cheap labor. So I understand completely, but some how the South African brothers and sisters and my African American brothers and sisters will be forced to come up with a solution to both our problems. Meanwhile stay strong and keep the faith, maybe I'll come there and join the struggle. Peace and love.

Can the owners of such business operations be named and shamed. They do not deserve the right to dignity. Not only on the workers But firstly on the people of South Africa. God knows how many mouths have consumed food made in these factories. This shows so many levels of greed. This is not caring. So why give a Right of such importance like dignity to people who don't care at all period.

We al know that all cheap food products are unhygienic. Who would pay tens of thousands in licence fees and sell products cheap? Simple economics. We know but we can't afford Tiger Brands and Woolies.. that's the problem. They are criminalising survival
