Et j'ajouterai que puisque les musiciens ne sont pris pour des gamins que l'on doit diriger, ils sont responsables dr ce qu'ils font, s'investissent plus et mieux, ont donc du plaisir à jouer et cela se voit. C'est encore mieux pour l'œuvre la musique et audio-spectateurs. Pardon pour la longueur du commentaire.

I played bass in high school and this piece and the girl who played first chair, well it spoke to my heart and fell in love and eventually we got married!!

Amazing performance of this masterpiece, superb orchestra and no words for David, his Strad sounds like heaven on his hands!
Sans chef ça marche très bien donc on peut s'en passer et mieux payer les musiciens ! En voilà une bonne nouvelle. Ceci dit je n'ai rien de plus à dire en éloge , tout à été déjà dit. Bravo et merci.
Le chef ajoute sa patte, son interprétation diffère de celle des autres chefs.

You see? Without conductor the orchestra sounds as good. Over paid.
Usually when an orchestra play with a soloist, you never see the conductor your job is to hear the soloist, because the conductor never ever know how the soloist is going to play.
So... yes your are correct in your statement when the the orchestra play with a soloist

At each part he use his body and hat when critical movement .
Be sure that makes him difficulties for focuse his violin.
