Personally, when I do this test I dont look for color of the mixture more so the texture of the mixture. If it balls up and gets clumpy it's a no, you'll probably have flakes. If its smooth and easy to spread it'll typically work
Sooo, I just did a wash n go with the kinky curly knot today leave in and the blue wetline. It blended perfectly with no residue or flakes. I'm on day 3 wash n go.
@@miracle_energy2538 After scrunching the cast out with jamaican black castor oil my hair is really soft and full. I found out with me you cannot be heavy handed with the leave in and your hair must be wet. Not moist but wet. Hope that helps😊

A trick you can always do when a product doesn’t mix with your gel is add any oil I prefer wild hair growth oil the one with the red top white bottle make sure you add it to the mix in your hands before you put it on your hair otherwise it will be extremely oily also don’t use a lot of oil when mixing the products
Paul Mitchell the conditioner - do not be heavy handed and it will mix miraculously and heavenly with the wet line gel. It’s definitely a shower wash and go with soaking wet hair. ❤️ this was a great video . Do more hair product combos !

Great video, I use the clear wetline xtreme gel with Cantu Shea Butter leave in Repair Creme. My hair would be white for a couple hours. Then, the product would be absorbed into my hair clear.
I tried the Shea moisture leave in conditioner with the clear wetline extreme gel & it works well & leaves your hair soft with no residue. With partially wet hair, the leave in conditioner made my hair more manageable & I was able to use less gel than ever before! Great combo.
I would try the knot today with the clear in your hair. I use it all the time and it is awesome. Rachel CPR use it as well and she had the best wash n go I have ever seen on her hair. I do believe you have to be “ light handed” with the gel. Love ur videos!!!!

I use the African pride moisture miracle leave in cream under the blue wetline...it’s the bomb! Also the African pride olive miracle max strengthening moisture lotion is a good mix.

I'm going to try it with the same shea moisture you use. I use that whole line of black Castor oil and it's the bomb. I have dreads and love the way the po & conditioner feels. Also use for my daughter whose hair is low porosity and they help with adding moisture. We usually do braid outside or twist outs with her but we are going to try the wash and go this weekend. Tried kinky curly leave in and the clear wetline with cantu curl activator cream and it didn't leave residue in my hair when it dried though it was the same way in my palms, so, proceed with caution 😁
I am convinced the kinky curly leave in makes every thing flake because I use it and my hair was sooo flakey now I use alikay leave in And when you said the kinky curly gel was expensive and its so small I was like YAAAAAAAASSSS thats what bothers me too!

Girl!! Mine did that too! And the Uncle Funky's daughter curl magic! I think it's the glycerin in them that is drawing moisture out of the air!!! My hair was a wet mess!! 🤣🤣🤣 I just put some wetline on top of it and hope that will stop it from "running!" 🤣😭
Whitney, please tell me...can I use the Camille Rose line even though I am only less than 6 months from a chemical in my hair? My new growth is coming in good...lot's of it, but the ends are still straight from the perm in June. What should I do? Any advice would be helpful. Thank You!
My advice would be to save your coins until you are completely natural. Camille Rose is not cheap. It's possible that your transitioning hair may not like it but your 100% natural hair could love it.💙

Bella Curls leave-in has great slip and moisture, it works great with wetline! 5.50 for 16 ounces

I used the Mielle Leave in Conditioner with the clear wetline extreme but I used a little of the Mielle Curling Custard and I have no build up...
I use a cream of nature honey leave in with Xtreme wetline gel it's white when I do my hair but dries clear and doesn't flake either

Please do this with custurds and puddings. Gel is too heavy for my hair especially wetline. It's too thick. Puddings work better for me! Thanks
As long as you aren't too heavy handed with the leave in, you should be able to get the wetline to mix well.
