Was It Worth It? is a prime example of a megalovania.
A megalovania does not have to be about the antagonist serving justice.
It has to represent an immense strife. The context does not matter.
This is a BEAUTIFUL megalovania. Instead of being more focused on the basic pitch it's more focused on the drums and it has such a different feeling.
Sans does not judge you. He is simply trying to get revenge for what you did to his brother. He cares about his brother more than anyone in his world.
Skeppy has a pure hatred toward you for the war you have caused. HE judges you, and he has found you guilty.
