    I really enjoy this type of video. It's well worth your time as I end up learning a lot with these example's and cutting down the time is fantastic.

    Steel Am has been my favorite deck on paper and PB the past month and a half and I have not had 1 as intense close match like that first one you had with it. Absolutely loved watching that even with Steel Am losing

      They would've won with those Elsa exerts if I didn't have those Be Prepareds. Definitely made me respect the deck more.

      Sooo curious to see how chapter 3 affects both decks with the possibility of be prepared mitigation in lands. Thanks again for sharing seeing this level of play on both sides really helps navigate potential future match ups. @@QuantumMercury

      @@DadcanaWatch there be a location that makes characters unaffected by actions, RIP Be Prepared.

    I’ve been testing a version of this deck with sapphire instead of ruby and it has a fairly good matchup into ruby amethyst with the ramp and card draw engine

      I've been wanting to cook an Amethyst Sapphire with Purple Dragon. Too busy now that I am back to work though to play. Didn't play a single match all day :(

      @@QuantumMercuryI don’t use purple dragon but that could be interesting for sure! The ramp plus the card draw is what makes the deck scary as well as being able to play around be prepared with the bounce package

    What’s your latest deck list. Since you mentioned the addition of spell book

    I’d really like to see you play this deck against Emerald Steel Discard. In many ways, Emerald Steel is a counter to Ruby Amethyst, so I’m curious how you’d overcome that

    • @QuantumMercury

      Outdraw their discard. If they have a perfect hand there is nothing you can do but they need a perfect set up to really put pressure on you. If they only have a John and a few discard spells you will overpower them. I played against a variation of ZeroStakr's list here (check the timestamps for the match): th-cam.com/video/nBhq1FREjSw/w-d-xo.html

    Which is better in your opinion bounce or control

    • @QuantumMercury
      @QuantumMercury  ปีที่แล้ว

      Bounce is more consistent and covers more match ups.

      I agree! How are you incorporating the spell book into this build ?

      @@masonmcgee4876 Yeah, I have a mirror match that goes down to the wire that I want to edit and upload next.

    IMO the RP matches are the most boring and why I don't play ranked anymore on Pixelborn...

      I hear you. I think I mention that too at some point in the video, lol.
