In this video I will share my experience with Indigo and Vistara as I was travelling from New Delhi to Chennai. Cabin Crew Interviews VIstara, Indigo Cabin crew.
Went to watch the IPL match in Chepauk Stadium to support CSK and watch Mahendra Singh Dhoni play. The match was against RCB and it was fun watching Virat Kohli play in RCB jersey.

I understand that in India comparatively IndiGo gives a bad service, but have you ever been to abroad like say US and travelled in their local flights?
When I heard their story from my father, I couldn't help but admit that in India things are way better. Any kind of hospitality services in India are generally much better in general than the most of the world!

Yes Indigo is better because you will notice that they ask for feedback after your flight. But for Vistara flights, this is what happened to me: While they love to claim that they are the best airline of India, my own experience of Vistara showed me that they are the worst of all. I did a trip from Delhi to Mumbai on economy class with Vistara recently and just because the plane was about one hour late, they decided to depart from Delhi without even having all the passengers' luggage on board. Most of the passengers who had their luggage left back are on the economy class, because the Business class and the Premium class have a different line at the airport and had all their luggage sent onboard. About twenty passengers + from economy class could not find their luggage at arrival all because the airline had decided to depart even without having all the luggage onboard. The passengers were informed at arrival that their luggage had been left behind so as not to delay the plane anymore. It has to be said that unlike most airlines who ask for feedback from all passengers after a trip, economy class passengers do not have the option of leaving their feedback and this is for a good reason. They clearly don't care about the economy class passengers. If they did, they would be careful with their clients' belongings and avoid such a situation. I was supposed to have a correspondance to Mauritius after this flight and I was so lucky that my flight had been rescheduled one day later. Or else, I wouldn't have been able to get my luggage before leaving India. This is why never again, I will book a flight with Vistara or will I ever recommend this airline to anyone. I've travelled on a lot of airlines before but it is the first time I see one plane voluntarily allowed to take off without all the luggage of the passengers. And they do not even inform the passengers about this.

The bus is not to save time. Since aerobridge are limited and can't cater to all the flights,so aircraft are parked on general bays.
