Hi Tanya, no good question 'Coffee' is the strength or consistency of the pigment when I apply it so the nearest simple description is Coffee...with milk)

Andrew Geeson As I watched, my thought was that "coffee" meant drop on the colour and go have a drink of coffee while the paint and water do their thing on the paper. Haha
