we use long shanked 8/0 - 9/0 hooks and catch fish from 1kg up to 20kg

Yellow tail rig jig hook but be used here for ice fishing and perch walleye. You can use a straight regular hook number 3/0 hook eggs Rate on top but some beads above the hook Then the egg rate won't hit get contact connected with the hook as wellon the eye

what else works is a simple sliding ball sinker with any hook tied to the bottom
