Would you know if this camera you are showing in this video is the same camera as the TP-LINK V380 P2 1080P PTZ IP65 just with different branding?
Is the CareCamPro app the app that came with the camera (also it would have been nice to see how that camera paired up with the app)? I also see the V380 and the V380 Pro app's on your phone, do you use those app's also?
Would you know if there is a PC based client or a cloud based (browser) client that will control these V380 cameras on a computer?

Dear Friend the camera result entirely depends on which chipset is being used inside and if you have a similar camera which works on different app as you mentioned in your comment Than this video will not work with your Camera because Care Cam Pro App has different method of adding the camera and i used V380 Pro App in the video . as far as result is concerned i have used care cam pro 2MP and it has a decent resolution

This observation you make, makes perfect sense. I never thought of or would have considered different chip sets in the same "type" of camera. All V380 PTZ cameras are not the same. I am learning.
I currently have the V380 PTZ camera that I purchased running on the V380 Pro app that only works on a PC by using the Bluestacks Android emulator so everything on the PC looks and runs like an Android phone. This is not the ideal arrangement for me.
If I knew which V380 PTZ cameras were compatible with the V380 Pro for the PC (native) I would buy a half dozen more to run on my outdoor WAN wifi network.
I get tired of looking at the little 4" Android phone size screen and reading the little tiny font in the middle of my high resolution 14" HP monitor.
