You're welcome! If you don't have a steam account you can also use a steam downloader and just copy paste your link to kinda speed up the process (if you don't want to go through the agony of downloading sfm)

so there's this cool edited funtime freddy model from the song: inside us released by jaze cinema where he turns into sort of a hybrid between ennard and ft. freddy. If i were to import it to blender would it still have all of the bones and points of movement or would I need to make bones for every piece myself because I wanna know if I'm going to have to rig it completely or not before i put it into blender.
I believe you shouldn't have to. It should come with bones.
@@BTBAnimations Good news! importing it worked and it thankfully kept all of it's features and textures! ...aside from the fact that all of the bones are small dots 💀 they're still functional it's just hard to click and definitely not possible to give an ik rig with how small the joints are, got recommendations to help since I likely need to rig this whole creature again?
edit: turns out the bones were just microscopically small, I'm currently in the process of sizing them up to manageable scales and that's pretty much it. all I need to do now is give this thing some proper IK (maybe even an IK switch if I figure out how to make one) and i then coulc...also...figure out how to export it as my own model!
edit 2: just realized all the bones are seperate from each other, they can move each other and the model and such perfectly fine but they aren't physically connected at those little spherical bits, meaning I can't give it a proper IK rig since the "knee" doesn't really exist and the foot wouldn't effect the legs..this is gonna be painful to fix 😥

Bruh the texuture only appear when you do the render or just on a special setting that let you see the texture in layout

Just make a new blender scene, and make the audio start off one frame off from when the last scene ended.

Scroll down to the google drive link, and once you get to the file, right click it to get the download pop up, then download.

Just click File - Import, then it should be there if you installed the add-on correctly.

It doesnt work in newer versions of blender anymore bro, I tried updating the addon and you cant even install it anymore. There are huge lines of error in python
From what I've seen, they updated it 3 weeks ago and it's definitely still downloadable. Have you downloaded the wrong version? github.com/REDxEYE/SourceIO/releases/tag/5.0.3

what do you do if you DONT have workshop folder?
You should have one. When you download a model and open SFM to get the model into your files, you should then get a workshop folder. Do you mean that you don't know the location of the Workshop?

There’s no workshop file I’ve been looking for it or I’m blind
Steam/steamapps/common/source filmmaker/game/workshop. It will be added, when you subscribe in one of the modelpack in steam workshop. open SFM and create one project, then a window will open that will offer to install models, check all the boxes and click OK. And only then the models and the workshop folder itself will appear in the previously specified path

Yes, but their quite laggy.
I think It's outdated because when i tried when this video came out It worked, but now when i import models are without textures

Yeah, when models are imported from Blender to SFM, all of the modifiers are applied making the model high poly and the rig laggy, in order to fix this, you can either decimate the model, or re-rig it
