The Canadian Kid is something special I think a lot of American drivers found this out, sets track records all over the place. 67480 Canadian dollars going back to British Columbia, Canada.
Thank for posting this. Lousy race! So many restarts, half the field dropped out and the leader smoked everyone. I've seen this a lot in asphalt open wheel racing. That's why I follow dirt track sprint cars!
@@ThorPedersen-q4i The midgets put on a good show, I didnt record much of them. Phone was dying and just enjoyed the racing. Why I only record the first couple laps of restarts
Looks like the promoters took a big loss. Coverage of hot laps and qualifiying was alright. Nobody is talking about this horrible event in any good light. Pavement open wheel racing used to be huge.
8 Canadians showed up won the $50,000 and put a car in the top 3 in qualifying, dash, and 5 heats. British Columbia boys getting all the attention racing some of the heavyweights from down south and the east.@@BustedBudgetRacing57
That trip through the infield was the best part!

LMAO.... No one was really racing!! Let's see how he would do in a dirt car on dirt.... He's good but not that good.

Honestly loose the wings, go to Winchester a real sprint car track.
I always prefer dirt, but definitely wanted to check them out on pavement
@@BustedBudgetRacing57 I love pavement racing, midgets especially.

I prefer Dirt Tracks. But Man! They were carrying some speed on this asphalt track!
