And I love the irony of her being the first (shown) person to resist akumatization effectively since the first person who did was Miss Bustier (although we all know how that turned out) and Zombizu was one of Chloe's first, if not the first, character growth episodes.

Never have I thought that an episode overtops Oblivo and Back Warnder for me, but yet here we are! That episode was fantastic, Chloe resisting from being akumatised, Myura making a comeback, and the stakes were higher. Now this is want I wanted from an episode for a while!
I personally thought Chloe's redemption episode with her mom was bad even though I love her but, her real redemption is these small moments where you realize she's emotionally weak and, strong when it comes to Ladybug, weak when Ladybug doesn't notice her and, strong when she wants Ladybug to think of her as such... I'm surprised she didn't brag about fending off the Akuma. Even if you think Chloe doesn't deserve redemption watching these episodes will make you feel as if she's getting what she deserves or, feel like pure torture if you like her.
You're right about the animation! Miraculous has two main animation studios: DQ (I think) and SAMG. SAMG animated this episode and other nicely done ones like Onichan and Silencer while DQ animated Bakerix and Oblivio. SAMG animates better, but I believe it costs more money and time, yet it's worth it!
You're a little wrong. SAMG has animated Chris Master, silencer, and this episode. While DQ has animated the others, such as: Bakerix, Oni-Chan, Backwarder and the rest.

I think since they're airing episodes in different countries, they're out of order. They must've found a way to stop the Peacock's corruption in a different episode
I feel like this episode may have been aired out of order it seem a little odd that Gabriel would risk Nathalie life by using the Miraculous without it being fix first. Also Marinette knowing the name of the monster that Nathalie used when the audience didn't know what it is. That being said this was a very good episode I liked that Choe was able to resist Hawk moth control and that Lila lying ability was used to akumatize someone hopefully this is used more instead of Choe being mean to another character.

I'm pretty sure that Cataclysm (?) can indeed kill people but it seems that Sabrina's version was made weaker to only cause enough damage for horrible pain and strains I guess, it'd be too powerful if she were suddenly able to destroy things aka kill people off the bat just like that like Cat Noir 'COULD', just a guess though EDIT: Basically Sabrina's version of it just enhances her strength
It would be interesting to see how they are going to akumatize Chloe. I know I am hoping for to much but I would like for Chloe to try to control her anger and spite. For her to realize the possibility of her being akumatized if she can't control herself. I am sure she thinks Ladybug is wrong for not trusting her with the miraculous and maybe she still thinks she will have another chance in the future but if she gets akumatized it would mean Ladybug was right. I don't want her to just join the bad guys like Lila did. But anyone can be akumatized if they are at their lowest so, I think Lila would play a big part in making Chloe feel miserable and not forget her classmates, I doubt noone isn't going to try to rub it in her face the fact the she is not Queen Bee anymore. Who knows, maybe her mom appears again which would make her more vulnerable since if chloe still hasn't change a lot, I doubt her mom has change either. when that happens she is not going to be able to resist since being Queen Bee and her loyalty to Ladybug was her anchor. I wonder what will this mean for Chloe when the day is saved. She would feel devastated. But if that happens Ladybug or even Adrien should try to have a conversation with her because this could be be the real start for her to change. She might not be able to be superhero anymore, at least for now. Maybe she could start to channel her inner Queen Bee and start to try to truly change her behavior as Chloe even if is just a little.

Ok so not to hate, but I have some criticisms due to this episode (Despite how good the animation and how fun the fight was). Ok so I always had problems with the magic system in this show, some subjective and others I believe to be a bit more objective. But one thing I really don't like in this episode is how it makes the magic system/ miraculous mechanic more confusing. Your telling me that Hawkmoth can make an Akuma that just takes the powers of every single other miraculous? And at the same time the butterfly miraculous is supposed to be a normal miraculous like all the others? And on top of that why do the Hawkmoth and Peacock miraculouses function so differently from all the others? Why do they lack cooldowns despite Gabriel and Nathalie having as much (In Mayura's case less) experience as the current Miraculous holders? On top of that I kinda like that Chloe got some development (Unlike the reset from the 3 parter) but I hate how this development is never shown outside of the Chloe sentric episodes. In Gamer 2.0 she still show's no progression.
Gabriel and Nathalie stay transformed because they are adults. Idk why, but this is the offficial reason. Same with Master Fu if u watch Lover Eater and Miracle Queen.
honestly, i'm really conflicted about what to think about chloe. obviously, she isn't the worst person in the show, but i'm not sure how to gauge her character. i want her to change, but i don't really like how the show seems to say that everyone else has to go out of their way to help her change. it doesn't feel like chloe's taken an active role in her own development
Cat Noir didn't die from his own cataclysm because of his suit. Apparently they're indestructible suits, which was mentioned in a previous season.
