My favorite sight from the stadium was Etiene being overcome with emotion, and falling to his knees on the field. That young man has come a long way, and perhaps exorcised some person on field demons with a win like that. To go up against a school that didn’t believe in you, or want you, and play as well as he has all year. What a special moment that must have been for him!
The DIDN'T fall apart. They held Gordon to 100 yards & knocked him outa the game late, pretty much (& knocked Rangel entirely out - thank heavens!) Our D was stout. But they were also outsmarted much of the night by an offensive guru who had two weeks to prepare for this game. Our D actually fought very hard all night. The results just didn't show as much. Our Safeties glancing off the legs of Gordon all night -- were looking no different than the Safeties that've been abused by Ollie for three years now. That is one stout, fast, limber dude.
Man I’ve been to 3 awesome byu plays. The Hail Mary for tanner magnum in 2015. Kingstons punt return week 4 I think. And that play, that was awesome!!!!!!!
Greg Wrubell should go down as one of the best radio sportscasters of all time. so many legendary radio calls i remember though out the many many years

WHAT A GAME! Our defense completely fell apart, but we'll be talking about that last touchdown for YEARS.

Greg Wrubell is the best
I can’t get enough of Greg freaking out. So much better than TV. Let’s get the radio guys on the TV show!
"The CUT" of this game is going to be their best yet!
I think a rivalry is born. Last year we lost in double overtime. This year a win in the dying seconds of the game. Go Cougars!
Lassiter's catch and run into the end zone should be on all highlight reels!

I LOVE listening to Greg call the games. When I do have TV access, I still listen to Greg!
an amazing night and I couldn't wait to hear greg's calls

I'm amazed at the selection of the showcased plays.
Lassiter with huge plays to open and close the game 🏆
BYU should have been in the BIg12 this whole time.
I told you you can never underestimate any opponent
BYU needs to tighten up the defense and keep up the aggression on offense.
No comparison to Steve Young and the Cougers who won games every week by 50 points.
They also played WAC teams, no offense.
We could beat big programs but not week after week. Case in point, 1982 Holiday Bowl where we were blown out by Ohio State.
