I can still hear the noise from neighbors screaming "we did it"... Anyway, here's to a long, successful, dominant story in your new conference!!
Those runningbacks are lookin more reminiscent of when Harvey was running people over. I told everyone before. My brother was the best man for the RB coaching position. No one does it better than him.
Game SPEED, that is why Utah floundered. BYU has had 14 games to Utah's what 5 or 6? All the Turnovers, timing routes, all these little things count when you are working in split-second moments. Utah needed game speed or you can all it twitch speed, it simply was the difference. Truly, Utah is always BIG, they never get pushed off the line of scrimmage, Utah typically dominates the line with punishing bigs. BYU, during Kalani's tenor, has built the punishing BIG"S, they have developed the foundation and now with the BIG 12 association, the sky is the limit. Wow, unlike Utah, who for the last 9 years or so, have not moved off the mediocre, WHY is that? Because they are still Utah, PAC 12 does not automatically change your geography. Subsequently, outside of The State of Utah, beyond the State Line, there is NO passionate following. BYU on the other hand, not only has a National fan base but an International Fan Base, because of its affiliation with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints...So, I see BYU competing for conference titles much sooner than in 9 or 10 years. The stage is now set, BYU will be the future of the intermountain Region as the Dominate NCAA Football program.

BYU owned Utah, the way it used to be. Super strong play by the lines and skill positions. Not a fan of rushing the field but whatever. It just makes it look like they don’t belong. Don’t do it.

As an adult raised OUTSIDE the bubble, I became accustomed to public transportation being much more mellow once all the middle school, and high school students exited the bus. I used my commutes as opportunities to listen to my audiobook, or to catch up on reading. ....but that is not an option in Provo public transportation. At least not with college students, bless their souls. There's just never any silence. Ever.

Then they lose one time and suddenly they are the victims of trash talking. Utah lost, just accept that you can only take your hats off for Utah having more overall wins, but using that excuse is pretty stupid and weak since BYU won the most recent match up. but you can bet that I'll be rooting for Utah the rest of the season!
Really for the last few years all I've heard from Ute fans is how BYU is so beneath then and that it's not a rivalry. Be careful, what you say, BYU might be going on a streak here now that they've got a conference. You won't find any wins against them easy going forward. Kilani has the program going back in the same direction as kilani.
The best thing about this was the emotional impact. To see college football fans, both cougars and Utes, in a packed stadium, was awesome!

I loved BYU football when I was a student there. Being in the stadium with all the other fans was just a great time and a great experience. I miss it.
