People hold onto Cross as if it can’t be beaten, but honestly, after listening several years later I realize that every album is just as perfect as Cross-if not better. I love that they don’t seem to get comfortable with their sound and always explore a little. I, myself, used to think Cross was their only great album and the others only had a few good tracks (each album is perfect from beginning to end), but now the only person I’m disappointed in is myself for being close minded. Lol
I mostly agree with you, it was the same for me, I considered that Woman was below Cross and AVD. I still think so for the studio version, but man, WWW was a heck of an album. I found many of the news song faaaar better than in the Woman version And my god, Justice in live is fucking insane, best concert in my life hands down
@@Jaguarr3-0 They are also two of the greatest musicians of our generation and probably the most influential above anyone. I have no clue why you had to bring them up. No competition here mate...
I really like Xavier's take on dance music, and that goes hand in hand in why I love Daft Punk so much. They saw the dance movement of the early 90s and revolutionized it, then kept innovating it throughout their whole career, trying a wide array of different things. Innovation is key in electronic music in general, as well as in EDM, despite what some people might say
