@@louietdsh2667 you cant play roblox. If you want to see all of the games you can play, download the oculus app. You don't need a headset right away but you can browse and make a list of games. This can give you a better Idea of what there is.
What... we're talking about the GO in 2020? They were trying to make that obsolete since the quest barged in. I'm so glad to know people are out there keeping the GO still relevant 👏 Question.. what do you do when your GO gets overheated (even when its fully charged) & your forced to turn it off till it cools. Any suggestions?
The Go isn't going to become obsolete because you can pick it up for £140 whilst the Quest costs £300-£400, so it's a much more affordable VR entry. To answer your question, my Go after long game/movie sessions gets warm but not so much that I'm forced to turn it off, so I can't help you there

Skytrek is a fun game if you ever wanted the feeling of flying a plane, looks pretty cheap though in terms of the landscapes but the plane models look nice in the cockpit.

Cheers for this, haven't used our Go's for a few months too, but my Xphase and Quoocam 8K pics will be on my list to look at, your three sixty clips, same for the Mike's and Ben's stuff and Creator up's new vids...so plenty to look at plus a couple of games you mentioned. My son's GF has CV and they are stuck in the flat together a VR world away from the confines of a flat would be great for them . I might order him a Go!
I think you might be overreacting a bit. Not every kid is as tech-savvy as you are. Most kids have a lot of difficulty with games that have complex controls.
I was thinking about buying an Oculus Go for like a first time ish sort of VR Headset. For direct recording, is it only limited to 4:3, and can you change the FPS and resolution? As I don't have access to a decent enough recording PC atm direct capture is a good feature. I've seen videos with the Oculus Go being really choppy with direct, but also others being really crisp claiming to be from the headset directly. Please help. Thanks.

You can’t get super hot on the oculus go it is only on the oculus rift I had super hot on my rift it cost £30 I wouldn’t recommend superhot the rounds get super hard

If you’re thinking about hooking a vr up to your steam library I would recommend saving your money for an index. I know it’s a lot, (a grand) but it’s worth it in the end.
if I was you I wouldn't buy a go anymore the quest 2 you're getting the best rez only behind the reverb g2 full 360 tracking have a lot more space for games and the games are way better like Resident Evil 4 the walking dead Pavlov and that's just naming a few and many more are coming and doesn't light on fire after you have watched a movie and only 299 about double but it's worth it considering all the things I just listed
My bizzarre experiences with the Oculus Go (which I now call Satan's Virtual Playground) after using just 4 times since purchased it a week ago: 1. Nausea which lasted up to an hr.each time used. 2. Vertigo and dizziness even when the headset came off. 3. Strange nightmares 4. Lightheadedness 5. Heart palpitations 6. Seeing double and halos 7. Extreme fatigue 8. Eye pain 9. Headaches 10. After headset came off...Seeing flashes of lights And objects in peripheral view that weren't there! 11. A sense of not being "present" in my own reality (when I wasn't wearing it). When I stopped using it, took 2 days before my body (incl. eyesight) returned to normal feeling "grounded" and no longer feeling worn down (fatigued). The thing is, I didn't even use it for that long! At first symptoms were mild but on each use it got worse. Didn't matter whether I was on it for 20min or 1 hr. (my max tolerance). Hubby who used it even less 2 hrs with numerous breaks, had many of the same symptoms and didn't want to play it ever again. Returned it to Best Buy.
