This kinda reminds me of the Portal Bots. I would want for A.I. to get more advanced like DARPA advanced. Like imagine this learning to build itself or learning to do the dishes for me. Like the stuff you see in Marvel Movies the robot which helps "Stark" which is named "Jarvis". Also yes robotics stuff like this does exist just not fully to the public. Cause yeah.... I am sure you can guess why.
Almost bought this for my 7 year old son for xmas but decided against it. He likes robots (well I like robots) but he does not like building things. Went with the Moxie robot as its no building but way more social (he could care less for moxie as well tho lol I tried) cool review and glad I got to see it.
It’s one thing to have a “toy” robot but it’s a whole other level making it with abilities for different configurations. Reminds me of the configurable toy “Capsules” from the 80’s
