❤ Personal Thought:
From my own experience, Abidjan is a really safe and welcoming place.
During the walk I didn't feel in danger, I was alone as a foreigner.
The people just being curious about what I'm doing here with the camera which is normal thought to pop in mind as local.
But I enjoyed the authentic life in this area of Abidjan, which is very beautiful and charming.

This is a village holder than Abidjan itself but located inside of Abidjan.
My home is just 15 minutes from there in a car.

i have visited many, but at the video its blockhauss neighborhood, already leaved abidjan 😊
Blockhauss is village. This part of Cocody belongs to the ebrié. It does not come under the mairie of cocody. The village has been asked for years to improve their street.

Is it the ebries who are responsible for the roads?If it is part of Cocody then the mairie must take responsibility of that. One thing I have realized in Abidjan is that,where the rich live receives all the attention at the expense of where the poor live.
