Not saying this is a bad theme or anything, but the styles are completely different. However, it feels like a natural progression from the Complex series.

This was indeed done by Cornelius as far as I know, maybe the vocals are Salyu. They did Ghost Pain's ending theme too, which is the best song on this whole OST by far
I like the Arise soundtrack, it's got a more IDM vibe to it, I'd argue it meshes easier with the series than Kanno's tracks on a surface level at least.
I think Cornelius' view of the series really shines through this while Kanno really was focusing on an aalmost plot-driven OST. Both are works of art in their own right. I agree with you
I used to love this guy. Shame he turned out to be a bit of a predator. Between Cornelius, Warren Ellis (the comic writer, not the guy who makes music with Nick Cave), Dave Ellefson (Megadeth), and some crazy shit that was being said about Gira (SWANS), I'm starting to wonder if any of my old idols aren't depraved? Full disclosure: I was never really a Megadeth fan. The only Big-4 acts I really liked were Slayer and Anthrax. Nevertheless, I never would've thought 'depraved monster' on those rare occasions when someone would mention Cornelius. Now, that's probably all I will ever think. Disappointing. Please tell me Richard D. James isn't a predatorial, anti-vaxxing, flat-earther!!
