One of my funniest runs of this fight ended with the siren turning my occultist while she was on low health. Low and behold, the crazy bastard healed her for 1 point with wyrd and inflicted bleed, killing her next turn.
The funniest thing, to me, was that the Crit Heal on Siren was pretty much wasted, seeing as she'd taken hardly any damage. It exclusively served to rub salt in the wound.
Rest of the brainlet party: "We must kill the monster quickly!" 420 IQ galaxy brain Flagellant: "Longer fight = more pain = more redemption." [taps temple]
One time an abusive man at arms got controlled by the siren and he spend his tern attacking friends but since he was under the control of the siren he attacked her and killed her. From then on I roleplayed it as him pretending to be under her control to go in for the kill.
That's the magic of percentage healing my friend :> I actually run Flag as a tanky stress/hp healer in an otherwise full mark comp with any combination of Houndmaster/Muskateer/Arbalest/Bounty Hunter for really good effect. The guy has an ability that marks himself, transfers dot damage from another hero, and on top of it gives himself a -40% stress received. When you use the stress heal on your heroes, he takes 1/3 stress damage, and it's hilarious to see him getting targeted by Embrace the Dark or Tempting Goblet, only to get 3/5 stress damage lmao. The Healing part is even better, because he is an amazing hero to equip the Ancestor's Scroll with. And since the percentage heal of redeem gets boosted by it, I get consistent 20/60 hp heals on the Flag, and his healing debuff after redeem barely hurts his healing. xD
@@mex_I.M true, but in such cases you are kinda committing to short, "bleed-sensitive" dungeons since you don't have enough damage to put out with a "true" support Flag. However, if you were to make him more versatile, it would work regardless :)
