    I can't wait to try it and come to see what it's all about I have never heard anything about Moroccan food ,but with all those people there enjoyed it it has to be .I can't wait to go see your restaurant and taste your wonderful food.

      Moroccan food is spectacular! It's one of those places that has influences from many different food cultures (African, Iberian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, spice trade), and the resulting cuisine is unforgettable! This chef is making it his own by once again adding flavors from his adopted home.

    Really loved what he said about how if I eat some Moroccan food I may not necessarily like it, sometimes you need to create a bridge (change and build on original recipes) to allow people from other cultures to enjoy it!

      I think he was talking about the baghrir pancake as being Moroccan breakfast but served it with the not so Moroccan caviar and cream instead of Amlou which of course is the traditional way 😋😉
