The Cyclic Sigh 1.Slow inhale using Diaphragm (Once the Diaphragm it's fully expanded) 2. Do a quick inhale using the chest 3. Slow exhale to finish (idk if it's okay, but it works for me)
@@heygarethevans yeahh If I do it slowly it's very relaxing. That's my case, I think that if you already have good posture you definitely should feel very relaxed after practicing a few times. Most people has developed kyphosis at some extent nowadays which may interfere with the efficacy of the tecnique.
