How to be less conscientious and more present at the moment I struggle to be present when socializing to have more fun when socializing and not overanalyze and over plan, so I can date I'm overthinking the dating, and it makes it, so I can't have fun I'm so serious and prudent I can't let go I must check all the boxes of correct procedures when I flirt I'm doing this obsessively its insane how conscientious I am this is how I feel about it
