DL Edwards aka Church Guitarist is an accomplished musician. Starting off earlier in life as a keyboardist he’s Have the opportunity to play for some of gospels biggest names as well as tour across the country. A few years ago he transitioned to playing the guitar and it seems to be one of his best decisions ever. Since picking up the guitar and disappointed in himself on how this instrument works he’s been featured on countless CDs And singles including producing songs on various projects. He is currently the lead guitar player for 90s R&B sensation club music and has enjoyed touring in the R&B world opening for Frankie Beverly and amaze, playing with Howard Hewitt and many others. Thank you perfect Gospel quartet primer 😊 I need this in a book to study along with 101 Jazz Licks 101 Rock Licks 101 Blues Licks... 101 Gospel Quartet Licks??? Really those books have maybe 20-25 flavors and the other 70-75 are variations on those 20-25 themes...

Great Stuff. The Em you speak of is actually a C triad. GCE, can you explain how that's Em, Em triad is EGB. Is it a Emb6 technically? Is this chord the 4 of G? Thanks

Bro. If you could explain the strumming that would help a lot also. I’m grasping the triads but my understanding of the strum rhythm is what’s throwing me off. I’m not getting my chucks right
