Greetings. Thank you. So I need to know which type of communication you are talking about: the signals to and from the Motor controller or verbal radio communication like intercom systems for electric carts.
The Greedy manufacturer doesn't want to share that, I contacted them multiple times with no luck. Also you have to call them several times for some one to answer the phone.
I have a flat board heat sink on my used controller. Do I need to switch out my old fin aluminum heat sink or can Use the flat aluminum heat sink board?
The flat version is designed for those electric carts that use the cart's chassis as a heat sink. So you can't use the one with fins even if you wanted to because it will not fit on the cart.
Sir i have a golf vehicle when i press pedal single time it can not move so i press pedal many time then it move and the smoothely run but the only problem is that its starting torque is very low because batteries are fully charged i check input voltage of motor 48 volt dc exact i want to increase motor starting torque what you suggest please reply
Greetings. This could be due to either a bad solenoid, bad motor controller, or a bad motor. It is very hard to tell unless the cart is present to do a physical diagnostics. I recommend that you take it to a repair shop to pinpoint what the root cause of this problem is.
Sir one additional thing which i noted that when i add 1 more battery means that i connected 5 batteries instead of 4 then the issue resolved i also check the batteries health is good then what is issue behind it Sir it,s your greatness to resolve my issue please help me❤
@@Dabangg-Elecronics If adding one more battery resolves the issue, it means the battery's voltage has dropped below normal. Can you tell me what voltage is each battery and what is the total Voltage readout when using a voltmeter?

This is a Korean company and I don't have any wiring diagram for it. However you can lookup the website of the Golf Cart Manufacturer and you should be able to find a wiring diagram for the cart itself.
