Palm Springs Neighborhood Driving Tour Canyon Estates

Canyon Estates is a condominium neighborhood in south Palm Springs. There are duplex-style condos, stand-alone condominiums and "executive" homes. Prices in 2018-2019 ranged from $335,000 to $980,000. All homes designed by Charles E DuBois and built by Roy Fey in the early 1970s. Architectural features are: heavy stucco, natural stone or white brick facades, and varying rooflines - gable, flat, and high-hat with clerestory windows. HOA maintains a large clubhouse, tennis courts, community swimming pools and 9-hole golf course.
