    what about the dinner during exams?🙃...and do u take any tea or drinks after meal?

      Your dinner could be any of the three meals mentioned, but I'd suggest in lesser quantity. In my opinion, the amount you eat should be Breakfast>Lunch>Dinner
      I do have the occasional green tea while studying, but mostly have fruits as snacks
