- Ladies, now is your chance to win a fabulous dream date that takes you back to those wonderful sleazy seedy times for a night on the town in Times Square. We visit all the 1970's landmarks that exude that edgy charm we all love so much.
The movie, "Passenger 57," came out in 1992
Where's the grafitti, the trains are too clean late 80's early 90's more accurate.
I hate Gentrfication I love Sleaze.
Oh my god Playland the era when Street Fighter 1 came out.
WOW!! Tad's Steaks--back in the day you could get a flame broiled 16oz T-Bone, baked potato with melted butter, salad, and desert for about 15 bucks--it was AWESOME!!
Classic. Jerry Rio, a treasure. If we could just bottle Jerry Rio and sell the stuff on the laughing stock exchange.
@Rsavalas1 He's visiting the LANDMARKS of the 1970s, in the above vid; naturally, it was filmed sometime in the 1990s.
Yeah...The '90s for sure... If the Harris Theater was charging $6.00 for "All Seats" in the 70's, I'd have to wonder where the money was going....certainly not to upkeep the theater!
LOL - so I guess you managed to get the last remnants of the glorious filth of Times Square before Guiliani disappeared it all.
Or *is* there any remaining trace of the old Times Square seediness in the 2012 version?
Haven't seen this for over 17 years!
"Shaft" at midnight , can you say contact high!
I remember Hawaii Kai...next to the Wintergarden Theatre.
It was actually filmed in the early 90's. But all the locations we visit on the date are from the 70's. To be more accurate.......I try and recreate what a 70's date would be like. No Shake Shack, less glass and steel. Just lunch at Tad's Steak House (w garlic bread section) and a $6.50 movie on 42 St. And that was the price in the early 90's.
Was it still sleazy in the early 90’ ?
When did they clean it up?
@@fleadoggreen9062 by the mid 90s
@@SRLovesPandas1 unfortunately
smokin rite in the theatre ,shits fucked up now cant believe its clean and well lit
Excuse me. That was $6.00 a seat at the movie.
