    Scrum Values:
    At its core it is a deeply human process
    * Focus
    * Openness (identify impediments rather than masking, feedback in a culture of honesty)
    * Commitment (to the 3 scrum artifacts, Sprint Goal/Product Goal/DoD, commitment to each other)
    * Courage (courage to do the right thing - which often may not be the easiest thing)
    * Respect (zero hierarchy, accepting everyone’s voice as equal)
    Enables the 3 pillars of empiricism comes to life and builds trust
    Activity: post-it on how each values live in your team - helpful activity during the formation of a team charter
