    Mindblowing for me as it opened all my closed brain wires😁 plus images are pushing me to plan hiking soon... Though i am writing this late but your this guidence i am doing for a week now early morning for better ideas and in night for sound sleep, great help.. Thankyou dear❤

    I slept for a minute , is it ok? will it disturb our brain , the process of meditating?

      Yes it is ok to fall asleep. Only means that you need more rest

      But a last question, hope you don't mind.
      Its true, that i need more rest. But these days, either i m sleeping for more than 13 hours or less than 7 hours. The 7 hours sleep isn't a good one, i get disturbed by my body position or dreams. What should I do to heal myself? Is it a serious issue?
