Years ago l was on a lot of medication and feeling so unwell and couldn’t go out as the medication caused me to have problems with affecting my body big time. I read about honey and cinnamon l tried it first thing in the morning and it worked in some warm water. It’s great with coffee as well This was awesome to feel better again
I put teaspoon “Ceylon” cinnamon & teaspoon honey in my nighttime drinking chocolate, it helps with sleep, that was a tip from my sister sixty years ago, i’m still doing it….same in my morning “Latte” delicious 😋 will try other recommendations you suggest, thank you 😊
@@sharonl3722 hi, just plain Cocoa powder mixed to a paste with cinnamon and a little alpro soya cream then add hot milk. It will need stirring quite a lot as cinnamon doesn’t dissolve very quickly, it’s trial and error until you get it to your taste, I usually add a dram of brandy purely for medicinal reasons 😉 hope it doe’s the trick 😴
@@sharonl3722 Pleased you love it, sometimes the home made recipes work out cheaper than the ready made ones, I have loads of allergies so avoid them as I’m never sure what additives they may contain, I only buy Organic ‘Ceylon’ cinnamon I believe it is more beneficial, my son orders it for me from the internet it last ages, “Sevenhills” Wholefoods Direct from the Farm, take care, best wishes from the U.K. 🤗

I love cinnamon as an addition to my red beans. I usually use it in my chicken stews too!:A pinch or two goes a long way! In a more metaphysical sense I use it to invite prosperity into my home!
Hi hey I love red beans but have never thought to use cinnamon as a addition! Could you please tell me how you use the cinnamon with the beans please would love to know how you do it
Brushing teeth with cinnamon also removes sensitivity. If you soak a cinnamon stick in boiling water, then let it set for a few days leaving the cinnamon stick in it, you will see it has a similar taste and effect of orajel for toothaches. This also replaces sensodyne. Probably why it also helps upset stomach. Natural numbing effect.
I have been drinking cinnamon tea for years now. I add a couple of cinnamon sticks to my tea, and also sprinkle ground cinnamon in as well. Have been doing this now, for near 10 years. It really does help deter sugar cravings. I add it to porridge 🥣 banana smoothies and anything else I can think of😊 I have my younger brothers hooked on it too, who will add it to their coffees and tea😊 I first initially started it as a weight loss aid. Haven’t looked back❤ Really enjoyed your video!❤ Thank you for the upload!😊
Be sure to check out the cinnamon scam ...if cinnamon sticks can't be crumbled by hand it's the wrong type and can lead to kidney failure ... have a quick Google
Why was acne not really a problem before 100 years ago? Because the main cause is high fructose corn syrup, plus a lack of Vitamin B. Why? Because High fructose corn syrup (unlike just plain sugar, which is also killing you...just in different ways) cannot be processed by your liver...which gives you a fatty liver, because the liver cannot do anything with it and it becomes stored directly in your liver EVERY time you eat high fructose corn syrup. THAT is what gives you a fatty liver aside from alcohol...it does not come from "eating fat". What happens when your liver is damaged? It also damages your kidneys, which lead to toxins not being able to be processed, which leads to things like acne, as well as things like the brain fog that everyone is saying "I don't know why everyone can't remember anything anymore", joint inflammation as in "why are 20 years olds having bad backs and knees anymore??". You or your child's diet is what is causing acne. Taking Vitamin B complex alone will clear up many problems in your life. For 25 years I had the worst cracked heels in my feet; I swear like a half inch of dead skin with massive cracks...until I learned that it's a Vit B deficiency. Upon taking it, my feet became like brand new for the first time in like 25 years within weeks.
Your experiment is wonderful l like it and have caught your vision. I really use cinomin but did not know it has serversl other beneficial components. Thank for the tip ups

Cinnamon for Diabetics is fine providing a person does not have fatty liver or low platelets. Low Platlets don't use Turmeric, Cinnamon or Aspirin go low on Garlic too.
