Back in the 80s....yes I'm that old....Spring break in Ft. Lauderdale Florida was a huge thing. But the residents didn't want it to happen anymore. So they crushed it with huge levels of law enforcement. Now, I don't know if it ever came back, but if you are a city and you don't want an event to happen, or you want it to become smaller or calmer, you crush it with law enforcement.
That's a bummer!!! Really have to be careful at Mustang Week. That Comp orange Cobra was sweet! I got the dyno numbers for my 04 Cobra with the VMP Gen3R yesterday, its an absolute monster!
Actually during Mustang week, the law there are getting very strict. Just have to be super careful, because the area has a lot of complaining during the event.
I wouldn’t call arresting one guy for reckless driving a shut down! I was in NMB and saw Mustangs all week and no one was bothering them. They were lucky though I didn’t have my vette with me because it eats Mustangs for breakfast.😂😂

Yeah he by wonder why his radar didn't go off for speeding when he was a speed of reckless operation has nothing to do with speeding not all the time that kid body wants to sue the radar company now and that Myrtle Beach Police department for trying to make sure everybody was safe
I was in traffic court years ago and a 16 year old there told the judge that the cop couldn’t have caught him speeding because he had his radar detector on. 😂😂😂 The entire courtroom laughed including the judge.
