When she had kissed Alex she felt unconfortable .

Jack Sparrow yes he did. He lied to her about the tapes, made her feel insecure, and although he did try to get Bryce off of her after he got locked out of the room. He could've done more, like call the police. Oh yeah and he hid the truth from her and made it seem like Hannah was crazy.
Naomi He made a mistake (and yes it was a huge one) but he was scared. Without Bryce he would have nothing (he felt). Also he was scared to lose her. He made up (and is making up) for it in s2 (and probably still will be in s3. Put yourself in his shoes.

I'm just so proud of justin about what he did and i think his character changed the most. He has just such a beautiful personality and i wish him all the best and theres to 100% a 3rd season so i hope that he gets away from the drugs and gets the live he deserves
