Yes, it was quite large but decimated it after registration to make it more useable. I'd typical push this to something like Cintoo to make it nice and accessible.
How difficult is scanning internals with Riegl? I guess the scanner's field of view must be tricky in tight spaces.

What scanner did you use?
Riegl Vz-600i for the outsides, Faro Orbis for the insides
