Shoulder tap and spear drill to improve swim technique

  • This shoulder tap and spear drill helps you have a high arm recovery.
    We want the elbow to be above the wrist to be above the middle finger.
    In this drill, tap your shoulder with your thumb as you recover to force the elbow up.
    Use fins if needed.
    Do on length of this drill and one length freestyle.
