You can add that extra ssd over that dvd slot.. Which is empty.. You will need an adapter(not caddy) which you can buy on aliexpress easily.. One great solution is to replace ssd on the place of hhd.. And placing that hhd on that dvd slot.. Why adding ssd over the place of hhd? Because you can utilise the full potential at that place whereas in dvd slot.. There's a limit in performance.. I too have that same ssd.. But someone told me that our model only supports upto 128 gb ssd.. Is it true? Please confirm

You need to download a software called "macrium reflect," this will clone your HHD TO SSD, but you need both drives connected at the same time. Search on youtube how to clone drives with macrium reflect it should give you answers.

Any mSATA SSD will fit. Also you'll probably need to reinstall windows using a USB. I just did it on my gf's 330 and it had slightly less screws than in the video.

What I would do on this model is remove the DVD-ROM, replace it with a HD Caddy, put the mechanical hard drive in its place and then use a SSD as the main boot drive. I would use a 500 gig SSD. Plenty of space for Windows or Linux or even a dual boot, leaving the 5400 RPM drive as a storage drive. Who uses CD/DVD Roms anymore anyways? If you need too, convert the Rom drive to an external drive or purchase one on eBay or Amazon.

THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD LOOKS LIKE AN SSD CARD IS IN FACT THE WIFI CARD ON WHICH WIFI ANTENA IS PLUGGED IN. But nowhere i can find the 128gb ssd. Can anyone help me?

Install windows 10 which comes in recovery drive alongwith laptop. Or use Microsoft media creation tool to download a new copy from Microsoft website and it'll be activated later as the product key is issued for a particular motherboard itself.
60gb SSD? Not sure if that's worth the effort.
You can get a 500 GIG SSD between 50 and 60 dollars on Amazon. That 60 gig drive will down to less than 40 gig or less after Windows 10 install.

yes. I have lenovo laptop with SSD and windows boots up in 3 seconds. Games also load faster.
