hi, i live in finland and would like to build your tractor. I just couldn't find out what size bearings I need, which engine, which differential and gear would fit I would be really grateful for the information or links

    Hello,
While I am printing the parts for the Massey Ferguson version of your tractor, I ran a connection test for the transmitter, receiver, motor and ECS, and three servos. I ran into an issue when using the Y-harness and the servo signal reverser. I just checked my order and I made a mistake of ordering the 5-6V Servo Signal Reverser. I just ordered the 3.6-24V Servo Signal Reverse module and hopefully that one will work. In the meantime, what I ran into with the 5-6V version is that with one servo connected directly to one Y-harness and a second connected via the reverser, the servo connected to the reverser would work and the directly connected servo would not. If I connected each servo via a reverser (I had ordered two of them), both would work and properly reversed. Connecting the servos directly to the Y-harness, no reverses, both servos would work. So it just the configuration where one servo uses the reverser and the other not, that the servo without the reverser does not move at all. Any ideas, suggestions?

Sorry to hear you ran into problems. It's strange, I didn't have this problem. Have you tried different radio channels? Just today I was doing some tests with my next tool and both servos worked OK. Maybe it has to do with some incompatibility between servo and reverser. My reversers are 3 years old, maybe manufacturer changed something. Can't think of another reason right now but I'll get back to you if something comes to mind. Let me know if you managed to solve this.

@@MakitProjects Thank you for the quick reply!
Configuration is #1: Y-harness with both servos connected, no signal reverse module on either servo. Both servos work, spin in same direction.
Configuration #2: Y-harness with each servo connected through a signal reverse module, both servos work, spin in the opposite direction to configuration #1. So the signal reverse modules work properly for each servo.
Configuration #3: Y-harness with one servo connected with no signal reverse module, one servo connected through a signal reverse module. The servo with no reverse module does not work, the servo with the reverse signal module works, direction reversed.
As I mentioned, the Signal reverse modules I have now are the 5-6V version. I have ordered 3.6-24V Servo signal reverse modules and they will arrive in a week. I will let you know what happens. In the meantime, I should have all the parts printed in a couple of days and will start the assembly, working on the front end/steering first.

@@tadashiyara i think you made all tests perfectly. It's odd... Let me know how it goes when other reversers arrive. In the meanwhile I'll try to think what can be the problem

Hello, I just have to finish my rc tractor, but have question about reverser, is that electronic component or wires are only rotated?

    Hello
I have a problem with the two servomotors when I connect them on channel 3. only one works but when I connect them on channel 1 both work correctly. Does this come from the radio?

It's really odd.... I don't really know what can be the problem. Which radio do you have 3ch, 4ch or 6 ch? Do you have more servos you can try? Do you use a servo-reverse for one servo?

@@julienharel2951 If it happens on more than one channel, I don't think it's a radio problem, it should be the servo, cable or reverser but I may be wrong.
