Homeless, ran away from abusive parents, and addicted to drugs lol how fun... I would skip school and sing this at the top of my lungs. I am 23 now. My life is beautiful and I’ve been sober and stable for 7 years now. I have kids. My life makes a little bit more sense. I just love and want nothing but the best for her. The first time I had heard of Mars Argo was at around 2008-2009 and it was because Dan Brown used their instrumentals as background music for his early video blogs. Now, almost 10 years later and they still haven't escaped my mind. I grew up around their music for my teenhood and now Mars Argo is getting more popular indirectly because of Poppy. Although now Mars Argo is treated like part of a conspiracy theory (maybe Titanic Sinclair meant for it to be like that?), I'm glad that her music is reaching new ears. Maybe they'll be inspired how I was inspired by Mars Argo as well.

They are creating a story with their characters, so we could say none of them is art project, but artists creating an art project. I can already tell you a few things about the actual actors. i love the song itself, it’s really the beginning that has me in a chokehold - mars riding a bike at sunset under palm trees, a full costume bunny suit let down to her waist, hair flying behind her, sunglasses on. there was a time when i was around the wrong people and going to all the wrong places, and i used to watch the intro to the song over and over again, replaying it, just the beginning, pretending it was me on the bike. i think because in my mind i associated it with childhood. it was a way of holding onto the part of me i wasn’t protecting anymore, that was in the most danger of being lost. if i could ride that bike i could stay alive. i could make it out.
Everyone drawing comparisons between Mars and Poppy and I'm just here remembering how much I liked listening to Mars Argo back in 2009 and how I watched all of Mars and Titanic's acoustic videos and all their little skits before they all disappeared.
I would often and most likely prefer the most of metal, rock, rap or indie that I could across genres of music... but this? This song in particular is a special exception. Its from a different plane of creative existence. This lately has become my go to "rest" song every time i feel like i want to make things slow, melancholic and mellow for a time. Exactly! She probably has some form of ptsd, anxiety, and major trust issues, and she probably will have a difficult time ever trusting any other producer or director after what Titanic did to her. It's extremely unfortunate what happened and she deserves so much and praise for the fact that she stood up for herself and broke off from her toxic relationship.

The first time I had heard of Mars Argo was at around 2008-2009 and it was because Dan Brown used their instrumentals as background music for his early video blogs.
Now, almost 10 years later and they still haven't escaped my mind. I grew up around their music for my teenhood and now Mars Argo is getting more popular indirectly because of Poppy. Although now Mars Argo is treated like part of a conspiracy theory (maybe Titanic Sinclair meant for it to be like that?), I'm glad that her music is reaching new ears. Mars Argo isn't a real person, nor are Titanic or Poppy. They are characters designed for Grocery Bag Dot TV project (Now named Poppy). Brittany Sheets is actress acting Mars, Corey Mixter actor acting Titanic and Moriah Pereira actress acting Poppy. They are creating a story with their characters, so we could say none of them is art project, but artists creating an art project. I can already tell you a few things about the actual actors. As, Corey is thirty and Aquarius in zodiac, Brittany is twenty six and Taurus in zodiac, and Moriah twenty two, Capricorn. And I believe that Titanic didn't want Mars to become conspiracy because of that.

Why do I feel almost like this song represents the situation she was in with Sinclair? Her videos stopped after this, and he said that she didn't want to follow through with the project, all the way through this she's singing about how she wants to run away / get out of whatever she feels trapped by. She says " you make me want to scream, I wish I was a dumb popstar, so the words wouldn't matter to you" Almost like she wants to be the model of a popstar he's after, but she knows she can't be because she has her own ideas and feelings too, and then That Poppy comes into existence who is the perfect image of a "dumb popstar" and margo is nowhere to be seen, but leaves this as one of the videos she leaves behind

I met her more than a year ago and it hurts me a lot to have missed her for years, she came out in my high school days and at that time I was not, even so, a fan of that type of music but honestly I feel that if I would have liked it a lot , more for thinking that Titanic "loved" her and seeing them kiss and love each other, but now I realize that this is definitely over, and it hurts me a lot to know it... Now Titanic will be the father of a child with the new woman they called "new victim" but no, she's already his wife, and we have no idea how Brittany is doing right now, we don't know. I don't know if she already found another partner or if she already had children... I will continue to love her until the end of my days... I would have loved to see the videos of the grocery store and follow them both, but since they started . How sad what happened to them.😭

i love the song itself, it’s really the beginning that has me in a chokehold - mars riding a bike at sunset under palm trees, a full costume bunny suit let down to her waist, hair flying behind her, sunglasses on. there was a time when i was around the wrong people and going to all the wrong places, and i used to watch the intro to the song over and over again, replaying it, just the beginning, pretending it was me on the bike. i think because in my mind i associated it with childhood. it was a way of holding onto the part of me i wasn’t protecting anymore, that was in the most danger of being lost. if i could ride that bike i could stay alive. i could make it out.
Everyone drawing comparisons between Mars and Poppy and I'm just here remembering how much I liked listening to Mars Argo back in 2009 and how I watched all of Mars and Titanic's acoustic videos and all their little skits before they all disappeared.

I would often and most likely prefer the most of metal, rock, rap or indie that I could across genres of music... but this? This song in particular is a special exception. Its from a different plane of creative existence.
This lately has become my go to "rest" song every time i feel like i want to make things slow, melancholic and mellow for a time. There's just so much sincere emotions in this masterpiece by Mars Argo.
