My mom has started following ram dev too and she watches nd does yoga everyday and given herself a glow up ..even I have been doing yoga (on and off ) for like a year ..and now I feel even if I do cardio or lift weights I can't leave yoga ,it helped me relieve stress and anxiety and it's like magic for the body ..and I know the kind off work you do gives u alot of stress and i wanted to suggest yoga to you from quite sometime, do give it a shot .❤️and that dance was lit ..feelin it is the best way to do it ( army here😋)
