It is able to produce 9.81 Nm @ 5000 rpm torque and 8.6 PS @ 7000 rpm power . This Commuter bike comes loaded with Single Channel ABS - Anti-lock braking system , Wet, Multi Plate Slipper Clutch from safety point of view. From Comfort perspective, Platina 110 have Analogue and Digital Console Type, Analogue Odometer, Analogue Speedometer, Kick & Self Start Start Type, Digital Fuel level guage. Performance of Platina 110 is backed by a Manual transmission. Bajaj Platina 110 has Hydraulic Telescopic, 125 mm Travel suspensions with 2.75-17 front tyre and Spring-in-Spring (SNS) suspensions with 3.00-17 rear tyre. It comes with a Tubular Single Down Tube with Lower Cradle Frame frame and Alloy. Platina 110 has 1998 mm Length, 753 mm Width, 810 mm Height, 118 kg Unladden/Kerb Weight, 1285 mm Wheelbase, 810 mm Seat Height, 170 mm Ground Clearance, 10.5 Litres Fuel Tank Capacity . Main Competitors of Platina 110 bike are Honda CD 110 Dream, Hero Super Splendor, Hero Passion Pro BS6, Bajaj CT 110X BS6, Honda Livo, TVS Sport. Platina 110 is available in India starting from Rs. 67.34 K with it's least expensive variant being ES Drum. Most expensive variant of Platina 110 is ABS priced at Rs. 72.22 K.
Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is a mileage bike available at a starting price of Rs. 91,622 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 4 colours. The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is powered by 97.2cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 7.9 bhp and a torque of 8.05 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Splendor Plus Xtec comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Splendor Plus Xtec bike weighs 112 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 9.8 liters.
The Splendor Plus Xtec is a more modern variant of the standard Splendor Plus. This new motorcycle gets minor styling updates through new paint schemes and graphics and also some small feature additions.
The Splendor Plus Xtec gets a fully digital instrument cluster which the company claims are the first in the segment. Due to this new cluster, it also gets Bluetooth connectivity through which calls and SMS alerts can be seen on the cluster screen. This motorcycle also gets a real-time mileage indicator which is quite good because the bike is an entry-level 100cc bike.
In terms of performance, the Splendor Plus gets its power from a 100cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that makes around 8bhp of peak power at 8000rpm and peak torque of 8.05Nm at 6000rpm. This motor is mated to a four-speed gearbox.
As of now, this motorcycle is available only in the drum brake version. The rest of the cycle parts like suspension, seat and tyres have been borrowed from Splendor Plus. This bike is currently available in three colour options - blue, grey and white.
