Christie, I agree with you 100% I have been talking about getting creative for the past year and have those same fears. It needs to be a handful of us that is willing to do it and I'm willing to take that chance. Like you said BBQ is all about creativity!

Flavor and taste should be king in bbq. It looking pretty isn't what bbq is about. Bbq having a memorable taste is what keeps us chasing and fine tuning every cook. Good luck in venturing put into new recipes and flavor profiles. Hopefully you present something that you enjoy and introduces everyone else to something special ❤

We have tried different flavors in our sauces but it has never hit. Even though everyone that we serve in catering loves it. I think they don’t like change, personally. But they should be opened minded. I hope you change and it hits! 🔥🔥

Pineapple Habanero sauce has an amazing flavor on chicken and pork. Robert Rothchild brand is amazing, not to spicy.
