Theming my days and stretching out my cleaning schedule over the whole week, instead of weekends, now that I am retired, has helped me a lot. I don’t time block every day, but when I am super busy it really helps me prioritize.
Time blocking and batching themes has definitely helped me out. This season of my life is so hectic with so many things going on, there is no other way. Betwwen a toddler, full time school, church and church duties, family, and a job life gets nits. Even my work duties have to be adjusted each week around ever changing events. I have to be super strategic of when things are to be done. Without a system of time blocking and batching items, I wouldn't be able to get half the things accomplished and be even more stressed.
I've been investing in Bitcoin by myself. I'm not really happy with what's going on, just few weeks ago I Lost about $7,000 in a particular trade. Can you help me out or at least advise me.

It's a learning curve. Definitely took me a couple of months to get used to
