I am having a JSV with unrestricted working rights
Since I am not in NZ the employer reject my profile saying that they don't have rights to hire overseas candidate
I have mailed them my work visa and travel tickets so that they understand.
There is a big gap in understanding the overseas working rights by employers
I believe the only solution is to approach recruiters while you are over seas or simply land in NZ and be ready to join immediately.

I WAS LIVING IN NZ ONLY FOR GOOD 2 YEARS AND NO COMPANY OFFERED ME A JOB. I GOT REFUSAL BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAD PR OR CITIZENSHIP.
Not good to hear! NZ job market works in different way. So if we want to be successful, we should not hang around choices coz this won't happen at all.
You would have started doing blue collar jobs and gradually upscaled yourself by taking internal promotions. Hope you got my point.
