Starter viable shield throwing no blocking non-ward non-meta getting one shot Paladin. Fun skill tho, will use again.

3:55 Typo, my bad. Amulet's second suffix should be "Chance to cause Frailty on hit". Frailty on hit suffix could also be on relic.

So not using manifest armor yet. Been using Smite and proc off throwing. I went with more Armor nodes in FG tree with the reflect dmg. Then stacking block effectiveness for more Crit multi I'm at 3.3k and 92% block. So feeliing tanky should have 100% soon. I'm not a fire build either still physical and using thornslinger belt. I'm also using Cleaver solution for the Ward rentention and in Holy aura taking Ward/Health on block. So I recover better. I love a lot of your ideas though and might play around with my gear and build. Great video. Haven't seen many out there playing this.

Thanks, friend! I moved my shield throw build to VK and also took the reflect damage for +24 throwing. I read that shield throw was nerfed before 1.0 maybe thats why not alot playing it especially pure shield throw without smite.

Yo can you share your build i was actually thinking on doing something like that full block pure phy but i dont see how you can use smite to poc thorwing kinda new to this thanks in advance gamer

@@justkite2139 There is an Idol that has 9% chance to proc smite from a throwing attack. There are hammer/smite builds but it does work with shield throw as well. You can wear 4 of these idol so it procs frequently. You talent into smite but you don't cast it cause it just is procs from throwing attacks. I'd say the Hammer/smite is far more successful and has more synergy though.

I just took smite for the attack speed it gives when it procs (just 1 idol is enough), and its awesome.

@@drumcorpful I didnt know that planner exists to thanks for mentioning it. I also looked up the guide and still thinking if I should make it since I saw there's already a build guide similar.
As for mana, my shield throw has 0 mana cost.

Cast Sigils of Hope when your mana is above 50% so you have room to cast/recast Manifest Armor incase it dies. Cast Holy Aura during boss phases where you can burst dps for a period that you dont have to kite.

Ive played LE back in 2022 with smite as main and shield throw as alt. Back then some skills looks/sounds terrible but shield throw improved now so i made it for my second video.

Just my two cents, Volatile Reversal is probably the best skill in the whole game and Sentinel is balanced around having it. I would advice to include it in your build.

Do you have to proc healing hands manually?

yes, as a movement/traverse skill. acts like an and no mana cost. alternative is shield rush, unlimited movement in a straight line and lower cooldown but costs mana. there are orobyss versions that i prefer healing hands than shield rush.

Duuude! It looks really great. I have paladin built through holy spear which leaves burning trail behind and melts down opponents in its way. It is good but has the same problem your build has: no ward.

Two notes: instead of shield charge I use healing hands with movement perk (it gives more survivability) and instead of time reverse (time reverse in new parch doesn't damage) I use judgement (gives heal and more survivability too).

Instead of "shiled rush" I use "healing hands" (with movement perk which makes you invulnerable when when you use the skill) and instead of "Time Reverse" I use "Judgment".
