As much as I I like the cake, I would not be using Greek honey, the atmosphere carbon pollution is unjustifiable, buy local and support your community as much as possible 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Another tip I heard to avoid cracking is to turn the oven off, crack the door open, and let the oven cool with cake still inside
