His a Jewish child who has been treated like a baby his whole life and told that he is the greatest and can do no wrong. Growing up rich where everything is given to to you is part of it as well. He was the kind of kid that got into trouble at school and his Mother blamed the school and teachers because my Ricky is an angel
I've heard Ryan tell his story 36 times and every fucking time I heard I'm listening like I've never heard before. Love the guy!! This episode is fucking amazing.
Ryan, you are my favourite comic and I wouldn’t even care if there wasn’t a joke ever again… just amazing strong person spreading positivity all around you and the laugh is truly therapeutic. Thank you!
I love Ryan so much. His mother issues kind of hit home with some things my mother and I have gone through (haven’t spoken in 14 years) keep doing your thing Ryan!
This dude seems like such a flippin sweetie. How have I never seen him before this. Genuinely fascinating story to listen to. Someone give him a big bear hug for me.
Man, I’ve heard the sick train Tell his wild story so many times, but this is the first time I’ve heard it with different depth and angles. Shout out to the glass man and his ability to be such a weirdo, but also so heartfelt and skilled in his ability to, help people open up.
I have said for years that his laugh sounds like a balloon I’m so pumped that you put it in the ep!! And Andrew Schultz’s laugh sounds like a windex bottle. And Bert’s laugh sounds like the most horrendous cat dying the most horrific death. Theo’s sounds like a dying go-cart. Rogan’s sounds like a 12 year old pretending to be a screaming goat, but very quietly.
Ryan! My husband has the same thing! Hang in there! You will get on a less aggressive blood thinner in a few years. The bruising goes away and now he is an edible taker and so strong!
I know Rick said he’s getting too real for this podcast around 1 hour mark but I think a podcast 1x a month like that would be so interesting. Seeing Rick take interest and give that comedic relief every little bit was perfect imo. This was such a good episode
This was one of the best episodes in a while imo, The hard hitting inspiring story and great comedy bits mixed in was perfect Sickler can really turn it on and off. Rick was really great with the added comedy and interesting questions!
I've watched Left's Son a couple times already. I didn't know it got age restricted. I'll give it another watch. Also .. his laugh makes me so happy. He's one of my favorite comics.
Ryan telling Rick the story of his childhood reminds me of the grandpa in the Princess Bride reading Fred Savage the book, and Fred Savage interjecting in between scenes confused at why things kept taking such a negative turn of events when they could have easily been avoided.
I thought "and boy are my arms tired" right as Rick said it and feel like I accomplished something. Fantastic episode, love me some Sickle Cell and would love to see Rick on the Wayback soon.
Ryans special is fire! everyone should give it a watch
sounds dangerous i'm in
the cat paw story should have been in the special lol
Opposite
I couldn’t find it because I couldn’t find “the I”
FOR REAL BRO SO FUCKING SLEPT ON
Ryan's laugh temporarily cures depression.
💯
It's like the polar opposite of Bert Kreischer's
@@anthonyletitin I love Bert and his laugh also so I must respectfully disagree
@@Stryder157@anthonyletitin I think
Burts is forced. they're very similar but you can tell Brian is really laughing
@@djdamned it depends who Bert is taking to. He also has lots of anxiety so it makes sense and I don't give him shit for it
Ryan rules. Dudes been through hell and back and still makes the world laugh.
He's such a genuinely good dude. The Honeydew is one of the best podcasts out there too
Thru hell and “back” 😂
I wish Ryan knew how big my smile was when I saw he was on today’s ep.
Same
SAME!!!
Same!!
Such a great episode!!!
Ryan has the kindest soul. He deserves to be way bigger. He will get there and I'm here for it.
rick being absolutely mystified at the concept of child abandonment is so funny to me
I have a 3 month old at home and to be honest, it fuckin mystifies me too.
We should all be mystified
His a Jewish child who has been treated like a baby his whole life and told that he is the greatest and can do no wrong. Growing up rich where everything is given to to you is part of it as well. He was the kind of kid that got into trouble at school and his Mother blamed the school and teachers because my Ricky is an angel
He's got lovely parents, makes sense
Somebody hasn't seen him being passed around by his family like the little boy they treat him like lol
I’m excited to laugh along with Ryan for 2 hours!
I did not know anything about Ryan before this episode. What an absolute beautiful soul. Thanks for this
14:44 That was the best "And boy are My Arms Tired" joke.
The man tugs at himself, and our Heart strings
I see where you're coming from but I gotta disagree. The one from the Bill Burr episode was perfect
Rick seeing the balloon in post DURING the recording is just a masterclass in creative live editing
I love how Ryan keeps saying Rick's full name
What a great conversation-- Rick kept it flowing and funny, Ryan's story was so fascinating.
How could anyone hate on Ryan Sicklers laugh? He’s such a genuinely great guy. Good ep, Rick!
no way, my favourite human beings together in a podcast!
Two comedians who, to me seem like the sweetest guys. Two hearts of gold! 💛💛
Sickler?!? YES
Also Ricks hair isnt wet???? what a day
Ryan's got a good comedy brain to switch between bits while telling the hardest story. amazing
I've heard Ryan tell his story 36 times and every fucking time I heard I'm listening like I've never heard before. Love the guy!! This episode is fucking amazing.
This was a really good episode. Thanks for introducing me to Ryan, Rick.
The ballon during his laugh killed me. Well done Ricky
Sneaking off to the bathroom at work to Microdose this episode like a TRUE FUCKING GOBLIN
This guy is goin places☝️☝️

Guess the dawgs are over here eating instead
Adam 22 was a no guy for most dawgs 😂
Cuckin’ ain’t for the dawgs, blessed be the dawgs that the glass man dropped this gem
51:32 no *gulp* sound effect was played here 😮
this was my favourite TYSO episode. Ryan is manna sent from heaven and it's a pleasure to hear him laugh
Sickler is the best. What a fantastic guy, happy he's still with us!
Dude. Two of my favorite comedians on the same podcast. Today is going to be a good one.
This was one of the best episodes I ever listened . I'm 40 and I've been smoking weed all day everyday since 1995
much respect to your father
Y’all are the best two underrated guys in the business.
Ryan, you are my favourite comic and I wouldn’t even care if there wasn’t a joke ever again… just amazing strong person spreading positivity all around you and the laugh is truly therapeutic. Thank you!
Sickler always makes me smile
Rick has been 26-7 for the last 4 years. Pretty incredible given he was born in 1984! Doesn't look a day over 29.
The lighting and iso changes are beautiful in my opinion. You look great Rick!
I love Ryan so much. His mother issues kind of hit home with some things my mother and I have gone through (haven’t spoken in 14 years) keep doing your thing Ryan!
😔
Rick hit his Sebastian when he whispered “I’m losing money” 😂
Clicked so fast again that my arms are tir.... Super hero school SUPER HERO SCHOOL SUPER HERO SCHOOL!!!
Super hero school is a legendary moment/clip in TYSO

One of the best episodes of any pod I've seen. The two of you and GREAT!

Stickler’s laugh is great. I had it as a ringtone for a while but got tired of explaining it to everyone. Chewing sounds grind my gears badly though.
Great ep. Here in Paris at a hostel and a bunch of us from all different countries bonded over being TYSO fans! Thanks for breaking the ice
This is so cool. Thank you!

Great conversation! Thank you for having real plants in your studio. Beautiful Anthurium!
I could listen to sicklers laugh on loop. Makes my day
Great chemistry between these two. Can’t wait for Sickler 2.0!
I click to see ryan for his laugh because it's so contagious. Best laugh in the business
I literally have Ryan’s laugh as my text message alert on my phone. 😂
Love the story telling and chemistry in this episode! Please have Ryan back soon!
By far my favourite episode of this podcast in a long time, and this is one of my go to podcasts.
Ryan! My husband has the same thing! Hang in there! You will get on a less aggressive blood thinner in a few years. The bruising goes away and now he is an edible taker and so strong!

Ryan is the man!! Lefty’s Son was such great special. Nightpants Nation represent!
I bought a pair of Night Pants when I saw him in SLC last October.
Watching tyso is like hearing a mozart piano concerto. Rick, you're a great pianist. And a superb conductor. Thank you my friend.
This is a powerful conversation. Thanks for giving this to us. Wild what some people overcome and hugely inspiring.
This is now one of my favorite Eps. What I wouldnt give to have a pal with that laugh and giggle. Heartwarming...
Ryan is a gem of a human, and I can't fathom not just giggling or smiling when he starts laughing hard. Great ep!
LET’S GO SICKLE CELL!
Ryan is my favorite person of all time. His vibes are immaculate. Love ya Sickler❤❤❤❤
It's cute to see how naive and genuinely flabbergasted Ricky is to hear how life really is 😅
1/2 hour in and I just noticed Ricks sweater 🔥

You finally got Ryan on! Love both of your energies, so excited to watch this episode!!! 🙏🙌
The Sickler Giggle gets me everytime 😆
You said Sickler and I said
Yaaaaaaaassssssss! Man cures my depression 😂😂😂
I love Sickler’s laugh. He seems like the type of guy that would roast you but it would truly be coming from a place of love rather than contempt.
Ryan was an awesome guest. Really enjoyed this conversation

Lmao, the Lisa Gilroy clip was great
Great combination. Ryan is juuust silly enough so that Rick's jokes don't get lost in the void.
Just getting in the comments 🎉 happy to be here! 😊 editing to say the lighting looks great 👍🏼
I was a fan for life when I heard Ryan’s laugh on the Crabfeast!!
Ryan is an amazing story teller and his voice is so calming, makes me realize I need to get back into his podcast
Sickler needs to be Siren from X-Men for a card. Best laugh in the game
Ran to this as soon as I saw the guest.
Ryan is such a good dude and he's been through so much. This is some great R&R
I cant wait to watch this! So excited for Ryan's laugh at Rick's ridiculousness. Gotta wait for wife to get off work!
Ryan telling Rick the story of his childhood reminds me of the grandpa in the Princess Bride reading Fred Savage the book, and Fred Savage interjecting in between scenes confused at why things kept taking such a negative turn of events when they could have easily been avoided.
gota be one of the best my arms tired jokes ive heard from ya. nice.
I was so happy to see this thumbnail, I couldn't click fast enough!! ❤
Needed this today!. dam Glassman,, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!
🤯a mention of UFC and sports cards on TYSO! Awesome episode guys.
Ryan is the most positive soul on the planet. I love this guys vibe and I hate when people say that. ❤️
Ricks back and forth promoting Ryans podcast was masterful!
25:09 Quick Rick strikes again with “well I mari-wantya to cover your mouth no matter what the reason” - Sickler laugh earned 😂
Great guest for this pod
Ryan is becoming one of my favorite podcasters
1:03:56 really seems like a genuine moment of honesty - not like a blanketed statement about material possessions.
Congrats on getting ISO to 500 Rick 😂
Touchin pitches over here. Welcome back to the crab feast y'all. F@$! The crab feast
Just in time for my lunch break, thanks boys
Ryan's Patreon is 🔥 seriously the most interesting episodes ANY creator has on Patreon 💯
I love Ryan Sickler’s laugh
